Interior design inspiration
This is great example of a classic and elegant design suitable for a farmhouse, cottage or manor house. Ideal for a period home such as Georgian, Edwardian and 1920s. The mix of dark wood doors, deep skirting boards and leaded windows are a great platform for the bright chalky white walls. The pale grey curtains and sofa keep this look current, while the heavily patterned cushions and accent chairs keep it traditional. The use of mixed metals, chandelier and black frame ensures this elegant & traditional home decor looks like it has been styled by professionals.

This shows 3 interior design looks for a standard new build property designed as a holiday home accommodation. Modern and earthy interior design. Coastal chic interior design and a Classic interiors design look. Each of these looks great a different feeling but each would suit a standard new build home. Each design would work without having to change fixtures. A cost effective design process based on furnishings and soft furnishing.
A safari themed interior design maybe a gimmick but like lots of passing trends it can also be very eye catching and personal to you. The image to left is promoting fabrics and whilst you can see some tiger stripes these are not obvious, the neutral colour pallet and mix of textures and abstract pattens makes this safari living room look stylish and modern. The main and most expensive items such as sofa, side board and curtains could easily be used in multiple design looks it is only the smaller items that make this design a themed one. So have fun with your interiors. Choose carefully and spend your budget wisely but be brave and the things in your home that make you happy.
