Our team includes a certified interior designer as well as qualified curtain & blind technicians and interior decorators, to cater for all your home staging Devon projects. Our qualifications and experience go back over a decade and we have worked on many homes in the South West UK. We are primarily design and interiors based rather than construction but have connections within the building community. We have vast experience with "new build" homes from big house builders to smaller property developers, along with holiday homes, rentals and refurbishments. We can supply flooring, furniture bespoke headboards, curtains, blinds and accessories.

The premise behind most new build homes is to appeal, this is showcased in the show home. Clever designs to catch the eye of buyers, from those that are ready to start a family to retirees downsizing to the country. New builds show a way of life, an easy existence that you can grow with. A time capsule where you can simply just live your life fulfilling all the milestones that pass.
We are very experienced with these types of buyers, we understand what they are looking for as we can relate. We know how to dress a new build home to show off its best assets to enable buyers to visualise themselves living there. Creating a look of luxury that they dream of whilst also answering the questions in their heads, such as, 'is there enough storage space?', 'Can I maintain this?', 'How will this layout work for us?', 'Can our family grow?'.
A show home should contain the right balance of "hotel luxury" and comfortable family home. Every aspect should be thought of and dressed to be visually stimulating but not clumsy.
This should be able to be done as cost effectively as possible whilst still looking like it has been custom designed.
We can provide all bespoke window dressings and headboards which give a custom made quality where needed, Bedding and textiles should be off good quality along with lighting and fixtures and fittings but the majority of furniture can be sourced inexpensively.
With flooring, kitchens and bathrooms in place our team can take care of all the dressing from all the window treatments, fitted headboards, furniture and minor decorating inclusive of outside area.

We love Devon and the South West and as a family run business we also make the most of stay- cations in Devon and the South West UK.
Images and reviews sell holiday homes, Whilst a holiday home should be dressed to sell holidays it also needs to deliver. (Don't create a 5 star image and then remove all the finishing touches as guests will arrive feeling underwhelmed and that will reflect in their reviews.)
We would advise and guide you with our home staging Devon, service to create a holiday home that gives that wow factor to every guest, ensuring top reviews every time. The finished look should have aesthetics in mind but primarily a well thought out design and use of budget to ensure items are easily maintained or replaced in a cost effective manor. Guests will generally look after your property if it is already in very good condition, once a small amount of wear and tear is visible it will soon escalate.
Roman blinds can look great but a clean, fresh roller or venetian blind would be far better than a stained or lopsided roman blind. A roller blind in a cassette heading can be, wipe clean, black out and half the cost of a roman blind. We are not opposed to putting roman blinds in holiday rentals (as shown in the image above), especially in lower traffic areas.
Our interior design Devon service, takes in to account your cliental your budget and create the best design to last and to ensure guests can relax and live in a peaceful and luxury accommodation that they want to leave as spotless as when they arrived.
As designers we love all things home and property. We often keep up to date with the property market especially in North Devon and the South West.
We have come to understand there are very different brackets with buyers. Which should reflect in the type of home staging offered. Some buyers want an investment and/or a project which is great if your property fits into that category and you can keep the asking price down. Devon is sought after & project properties sell if the figures are right.
Some buyers want a family home that over time they can add value to or alter the property to fit there needs, for these buyers you want to create a really clean blank canvas with no clutter. These buyers want to see a good solid structure allowing them to see with ease the potential of a future extension, wall removal, added cloakroom or ensuite etc. Clean white walls, minimal personal items and furniture. These buyers are looking for the things you do not get in new builds: fireplaces, large windows, high ceilings and big gardens, let these assets do the talking for you.
Then there are buyers that will appreciate the original features and consider future alterations but primarily they want a "now" home, they may be looking at new build homes as well and yours will need to compare and compete. If your home is 1930s-1950s it has the potential to offer modern contemporary living that will rival any new build with the added benefit of period features and solid architecture. If you are selling a home which is 1960s-1980s your buyers are probably young professionals or retirees and this should be dressed in a cost effective and modern way. Very much like a holiday home. Inexpensive dressing will make these homes feel current, practical and ready to be lived in.
